available for work — tokyo, japan
Builder of digital products. Designer. Developer.
I'm a 27-year-old from the UK, currently based in Tokyo, Japan on a Working Holiday visa. I relocated because I believe the best growth happens when you put yourself somewhere new and figure it out.
My background spans high-performance sales, UX/UI design, and digital product development. I taught myself JavaScript, React, and TypeScript while building real products used by real people — and I'm now learning Python and full stack development.
I hold formal qualifications in UX and UI Design from Glasgow Caledonian University, a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate, and I'm actively building toward a career in tech in Japan.
Designed and built the customer-facing digital platform for Volume 1 Climbing. Conducted 10+ usability testing sessions, redesigned 3 core user journeys, and reduced task completion time by ~30%.

UX/UI design portfolio built in Framer showcasing design case studies, prototypes, and product work. Demonstrates front-end sensibility and attention to visual detail.
A Python tool that takes a job description as input and uses the Anthropic API to generate a tailored cover letter summary. Planned next project as Python skills develop.
Currently in learning phase. This slot will be filled as Python and full stack skills develop.
I'm actively looking for opportunities in Tokyo across tech, design, and sales. Currently on a Working Holiday visa — available to start immediately.
